October Results...
I had such high hopes for October. But I should really stop getting excited about mid-month results as I generally finish the month eating shit. Here's a graph.
I'm starting to think the variance machine at poker stars is broken.

October may have been my worst month of all time. But it is hard to say, as poker is so relative.
For example, in April I ate shit on a daily basis, ended up the month with a shit stomping 3% ROI for a grand total of $245 profit. How can that even compare to October where I at least made $6g's~ with an ROI of 8%? Well in all honesty it can't, and I'm beginning to regret writing this paragraph.
Ok, so I've lived through worse than October. But I can't say I'm too happy about it. In April, I was on the receiving end of a daily ass raping. I knew it, I felt it and I wasn't happy about it. I was the victim of countless overpairs and suckouts and I knew shit just wasn't going right for me. I still had hope that my luck would change. Now for October, I can't say that all my losses were due to bad luck. I mean, throughout the whole month, even the days of complete ball stomping hell, I never really was aware that I was getting unlucky. Most of the time it seemed to come down to me not winning a coinflip here and there. Standard stuff.
When playing 10 games at a time, it's hard to be aware of all the losses that I endure, which probably has probably altered my perception a bit. But something just doesn't feel right. I don't feel that I deserve a 15%~ ROI anymore. I think that this month has been a pretty decent indicator, as far as my observations go, of the type of luck I should expect. Nothing out of the ordinary. But who knows. There are days where nothing seems out of the ordinary and I pull out a 30%'er.
The presence of all the former Party players at Stars has me worried for now, since most of them are competent (not good, just better than randomfish_01) and they undoubtedly make the games tougher, as they are less apt to stack off with top pair early, or make -EV pushes/calls later. Only time will tell what is really going on. For now, I'll take my 6.5k, and hope for the best next month.
Oh, and heres my favorite hand from the month...
